PLANNED GIVING PROGRAM

 The Cecil Delworth Foundation is promoting a planned giving program to its membership.  The program allows our members to designate their beneficiary as the Cecil Delworth Foundation for a life insurance policy.  The individual contributes the annual premiums directly to the insurer and these contributions are deductible for income tax purposes.  The intent is that through this planned giving vehicle the ultimate contribution to the Foundation will be the proceeds of the life insurance policy.  As of June 30, 1999, the following policies where in force with the Foundation as the stated beneficiary:
